  • I need help planning a trip.
    All inquiries are handled directly through our website. Choose a service and complete the travel inquiry form. After check your email to schedule a consultation call with a Travel Advisor to discuss further details about your trip.
  • How soon should I except a response after submitting a trip inquiry form?
    You will receive an email immediately after submission.
  • What is the estimated time taken to plan my trip?
    Within 5-7 business days (Next Plane Out Caribbean, Just Send the Jet & Research) Within 7-10 business days (Next Plane Out Non-Caribbean & Groupcation)
  • Is a deposit required once the trip details have been finalized?
    A deposit will be required on the same day or at a time that is convenient for you/your group. Rates and availability are subject to change on a daily basis.
  • What is the cancellation policy for the planning fee if I am unable to travel on the dates I have selected?
    If you are unable to make your current travel dates, your planning fee may still be used up until three months. Only in these circumstances: The trip location and details remain the same. The information in your current sample itinerary will be updated with the price change. If no previous revisions have been made, you will still have the opportunity to make 2 revisions to the current itinerary. Any additional revisions will be assessed at an additional cost. After three months, there is a $100 retrieval fee to resume/begin planning again.
  • How far in advance do you recommend booking to start planning a trip?
    3-4 months is a typical good time frame.
  • Is the planning service fee applied to the trip total?
    No, the planning service is a non-refundable one-time planning fee that covers the time spent to ensure your complete satisfaction.
  • Who can I contact if I have additional questions before planning my trip?
    Send an email to customer service at info@sendthejet.com if you have any further questions. Response time is expected to be between 24-48 hours. You may also book a consultation if you have questions regarding our services, budgeting, payment plan options, etc.
  • What if I’ve already booked my flight and just need help finding a hotel and activities?
    You will still be required to book one of the services.
  • Can I travel anywhere in the world?
    Yes, Send the Jet plans luxury and adventurous experiences within your budget to anywhere in the world.
  • I'm hesitant to travel because covid-19 travel restrictions are constantly changing.
    From the moment you speak with a Travel Advisor until the day we Send the Jet, we keep our clients up to date on the most recent travel restrictions to the country in which they wish to travel.
